At Carole, we want to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept exchanges or in-store credits within 30 days of the purchase date.
Please note that returned items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags attached. Returned items that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for exchange or in-store credit. You can also come to any of our stores to make your exchange.
We do not offer refunds on returned items. Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer and will not be reimbursed.
Please also note that items purchased on sale or clearance are not eligible for exchange or in-store credit.
